The hotel is conveniently located close to the seaside, with easy access down to the beach. It’s also near the centre of Stalis, making it a great location for exploring. Despite being close to a very busy motorway, our room was relatively quiet and we had a lovely view of the surrounding area. the staff were friendly and provided a good breakfast every morning.
We found that the rooms were quite basic and some of the facilities were in need of refurbishment.

This place is conveniently located near Stalis Beach and serves as a great starting point to explore the area, easily accessible from Nikos Kazantzakis Airport with a short 23-minute drive.

Hotel was within a walking distance of a coach station. A lovely stay in Heraklion.

Staff was friendly, food delicious , and multiple pools to choose from. The sandy beach was not crowded and close by. The hotel was located in a quiet area but still close to the main streets.

Great location, good food and friendly staff. the hotel is conveniently located near the beach and the town center, making it easy to explore the area. the food was varied, with plenty of options to choose from at every meal. the staff were warm and welcoming, and always on hand to assist with any queries we had.
Room facilities were a bit outdated and could benefit from some modernization. the rooms were clean but lacked some of the amenities that you might expect from a hotel of this type.

Great pools and helpful staff
We stayed at this hotel over Easter and had a pleasant stay. The hotel has three good-sized pools and the animation team provides plenty of activities for everyone. We especially enjoyed the poolside service, where staff offered watermelon, grapes, pastries, and pizza frequently. the staff were always willing to help and went out of their way to give us what we needed. The hotel is located close to the beach and town center, making it convenient to explore the area.
We found the food to be repetitive and not very appetizing. The breakfast was the same every day, and the lunch and dinner selection could have been better.
